How to request deletion
Email the privacy contact below from the email address associated with your Khrono account. Use the subject Account deletion request and include your full name and organization name. Do not include your password, NFC card identifier, or other credentials.
What happens next
We verify the request and coordinate with the organization that controls the employment record. Account access, authentication credentials, active sessions, and mobile push tokens will be removed or disabled as part of the completed request. We will confirm when processing is complete or explain any information needed to verify the request.
Information that may be retained
Timecards, clock events, corrections, payroll audit records, and related employment records may be retained for up to 5 years, or longer when the organization or applicable law requires it. Retained records are restricted to legitimate payroll, audit, security, and legal purposes.
Without access to the app
You can use this page to request deletion even if you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed. Your employer may also deactivate your Khrono access directly.
