Information we process
Timeclock processes account details, employment assignments, NFC card identifiers, device and location assignments, clock events, timecards, and correction requests so an employer can operate its timekeeping system. Employers control the employee records they enter and the purposes for which they use them.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, record and display work time, route correction requests, administer devices and organizations, support payroll preparation, secure the service, and troubleshoot failures. We do not sell employee personal information.
Sharing and storage
Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, and support providers needed to run the service, and may be disclosed when required by law. Access is limited according to account role and organization.
Retention
Timekeeping records are retained for 5 years unless the customer requires a longer period or applicable law requires otherwise. Operational logs and temporary backups may use shorter schedules.
Employee requests
Employees should first contact their employer about access, correction, export, or deletion of employee data. Requests sent to us are verified and coordinated with the employer that controls the account. Some records may need to be retained for payroll, audit, security, or legal reasons.
